Thought I had it all figured out. Now I'm not so sure. With the 9-patches diamond-set, I'm wondering if that gives the center too much emphasis. Can my concentric circle or square/diamond stitching really be the focal point? If so, I'm thinking I should make it more elaborate? Do something more interesting?
The alternate option is to straight-set the squares with hand stitching between the squares in the cross section. This would change the size of the pillow from 20" to 16" which would be fine with me. But, is this too boring?
I'd love some input!
PS: Hubby says diamond-set.
